Throughout the year, progressive performance reviews are conducted by respective Heads of Departments/ Business Units, culminating in a formal annual appraisal involving all eligible employees. To ensure fairness, three (3) key appraisal reviews are implemented: selfappraisal, reviews by immediate superiors and performance moderation or calibration. The outcomes of these appraisals form the foundation for reward distribution, talent management, as well as learning and development.
