To accomplish this, we operate based on our Group Policy on Recruitment and Staffing Management. Furthermore, we employ a Malaysian-first approach in our hiring strategy with the aim to support local talent. As part of industry efforts, Kenanga participated in the Securities Commission Malaysia’s InvestED programme, which aimed at enhancing the knowledge and increasing employability rate of young graduates in the capital market. A total of 16 InvestED programme trainees were placed within the Group for a six (6)-month period in 2023.
