This includes, nursing rooms, and updated maternity and paternity leave days, as well as hybrid working arrangement. Our human resource practices, including recruitment, performance management and talent development are managed equitably. Gender Pay Gap We believe in providing equal economic opportunity for all, regardless of gender, especially within similar roles. Our approach to pay and compensation is based on employees’ experiences, skills and competencies required, as well as industry benchmark in determining basic salary. All employee-related decisions are made based on business needs and employee merit.
